Shaw has just had a new Cat 140M grader delivered to the team for work to commence at Prossers Road with Chris Scott on the levers. The grader is fitted with a Trimble total station to ensure the final trim tolerances are spot on.

With the completion of dig/lay on the DICL pipelines at Scottsdale for VEC, we still have a site presence with a fit off crew. Our small team and 8t excavator are completing air and scour valves in preparation for pipeline filling and commissioning.

With the pavement season already started, Shaw has purchased three new CAT CS66B vibrating flat drum rollers to meet our needs. With projects such as Perth Links, Prossers and Waterhouse Road they will be busy for the summer.

Shaw was engaged by TasRail to undertake coastal erosion works on their western line at KPW 167 in Sulfur Creek. KPW 167 consisted of two sites close to each other, both at approximately 80 m in length.
