Winton is an energetic, passionate and self-motivated Tasmanian, with in excess of 20 years’ experience in the broad disciplines of Financial Management and Control, Strategic Management, Business Compliance and Corporate Governance.
Business Development Manager
Kevin has worked as a Civil Engineer, Project Manager and Residential Structural Designer for Shaw for over 19 years. His position involves management of multi-million dollar construction projects, estimating, contract management, developing client relations, variations, sub-contractor management and programming.
Project Delivery Manager
Ryan has managed complex multi-disciplined civil construction projects of varied size and value within the civil construction, mining and major services sector, often managing multiple projects at any one time. He has worked both domestically and internationally and understand the operational requirements.

Jason joined the business in 2015 after working as an Asset and Maintenance Manager for a national equipment hire company. Jason has extensive experience in the management of both fixed and mobile plant and machinery across Australia and internationally.
Jason has experience in both the construction and mining industries. He is highly proficient in the development of asset strategies and lifecycle analysis. Jason also has strong management and people skills and has quickly integrated into the company’s senior leadership team.
